Reflections : Week 16 →

Week 16 Prompts:

Day 87 - Numbers

Day 88 - Dance

Day 89 - Paper Mix

Day 90 - Mesh

Day 91 - Blind Drawing

Day 92- Faces

This week I enjoyed playing with continuous line drawings especially for the ‘Faces’ and ‘Blind Drawing’ prompts. I like the expressive marks that are created when using this technique. I think this technique would be useful for trying to capture the essence of movement.

What did I learn from this week?

I have been learning the importance of discernment when there are many voices around me giving different advice. I had to refocus and remember the vision God has given me for starting this business. As soon as I did that it alleviated the confusion and indecision in my mind. I was able to clearly make a decision that was grounded in peace. Sometimes we have to say no to opportunities that are good, but not designed for us.
