Linocut Printmaking Course - Intermediate / 5-weeks
An immersive 5-week exploration of the linocut relief printmaking process. Participants are given the opportunity to explore beginner and advanced linocut printmaking techniques, including the reduction and jigsaw techniques.
Suitable for beginners and anyone interested in developing their printmaking skills.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be:
Confident in transferring their design onto the linocut block
Confident in carving the linocut block
Learn colour mixing techniques for layering prints.
Create reduction prints from participants' own designs.
Create jigsaw prints from participants' own designs.
Be equipped with the skills to build their own printmaking practice.
