An immersive exploration of the linocut relief printmaking process. Participants are given the opportunity to continue exploring the reduction linocut technique or have an experimentation session. This is the fourth session out of four sessions of a linocut course. It is recommended to do week 3 and 4 to get a full grasp of the reduction technique.

You can either book an individual session (£45 per person) or the entire course (£180 per person)

Suitable for beginners and anyone interested in developing their printmaking skills.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session, participants will be:

• Confident in transferring their design onto the linocut block

• Confident in carving the linocut block

• Learn colour mixing techniques for layering prints.

• Create reduction prints from participants' own designs.

• Experimentation session to explore ideas
