An immersive exploration of the linocut relief printmaking process. Participants are given the opportunity to explore the reduction linocut technique. This is the second session out of four sessions of a linocut course. It is recommended to do week 3 and 4 to get a full grasp of the technique.

You can either book an individual session (£45 per person) or the entire course (£180 per person)

Suitable for beginners and anyone interested in developing their printmaking skills.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session, participants will be:

• Confident in transferring their design onto the linocut block

• Confident in carving the linocut block

• Learn colour mixing techniques for layering prints.

• Create reduction prints from participants' own designs.
